Brunos fusion of flavour and food theatre
The Centurion Lake Hotel recently launched its brand new eatery - Brunos Restaurant, Bar and Deli - a brand new dining concept offering a delicious menu and a wonderful array of deli delights to hotel guests and visitors alike.
The hotel, which has long been Centurion's favourite business and leisure hotel, is the first of Legacy Hotels & Resorts' hotels to open a Brunos concept restaurant, which the group plans to expand throughout its properties.
In naming this restaurant concept, Legacy has paid homage to an industry legend - the late Bruno Corte, Legacy Hotels & Resorts International's former managing director. Bruno formed an integral part of many people's lives with his unbelievable passion for great food and excellent service. The hotel has produced a buffet menu that certainly would have met all his expectations with dishes including chicken rotisserie, stir-fry and fresh line fish daily. For dessert, the chef has included the hotel's famous ice cream and homemade chocolate sauce.
Brunos Restaurant welcomed its first patrons on October 1 and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, seating up to 122 guests. A full English breakfast is available, as well as an interactive lunch and dinner buffet. A à la carte menu will also be available and private functions can be catered accommodated. Brunos also has a selection of exclusive wines available from the wine cabinets.
