DiningBrunos fusion of flavour and food theatre The Centurion Lake Hotel recently launched its brand new eatery - Brunos Restaurant, Bar and Deli - a brand new dining concept offering a delicious menu and a wonderful array of deli delights to hotel guests and visitors alike. The hotel, which has long been Centurion's favourite business and leisure hotel, is the first of Legacy Hotels & Resorts' hotels to open a Brunos concept restaurant which the group plans to expand throughout its properties. In naming this restaurant concept, Legacy has paid homage to an industry legend - the late Bruno Corte, Legacy Hotels & Resorts International's former managing director. Bruno formed an integral part of many people's lives with his unbelievable passion for great food and excellent service. The hotel has produced a buffet menu that certainly would have met all his expectations with dishes including chicken rotisserie, stirfry and fresh line fish daily. For dessert, the chef has included the hotel's famous ice-cream and home-made chocolate sauce. Brunos Restaurant welcomed its first patrons on October 1 and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, seating up to 122 guests. A full English breakfast is available, as well as an interactive lunch and dinner buffet. An à la carte menu will also be available and private functions can be catered accommodated. Brunos also has a selection of exclusive wines available from the wine cabinets. The Deli is open from 06h30 to 18h30 daily offering guests fresh breads, croissants, baguettes, pastries, a selection of juices and coffees and an array of cold meats and cheeses. Newspapers, fresh flowers and Melissa's and Nomu products, including rubs and seasonings, are also available.
